Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code
The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code can be accessed online from the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) website or a copy can be purchased from SAI Global Pty Limited (03 9278 1144).
In August 2016, the Implementation Sub-Committee on Food Regulation endorsed the ASQAP manual. The ASQAP manual describes food safety requirements for the production, harvest and storage of bivalve molluscs (e.g. oysters, scallops, mussels and pippis) for compliance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
