With the new online system, you can see all of your licences in one location, making record keeping easier. You can also see your requests and applications, as well as save draft applications.
You can access the PrimeSafe Licensee Portal from the PrimeSafe website or click on this link. The first time you use the PrimeSafe Licensee Portal, you will need to set up an account with your name and email. You can then request access to existing licences.
You can pay your licence fee/s with a credit card, BPAY or Paypal through the PrimeSafe Licensee Portal. Paper copies have been limited and sent out to those licensees who have yet to register for access to the portal. If you are using a paper copy, payment instructions can be found on the back of the renewal form.
